There wasn't much to do in Hogsmeade and everyone had abandoned her for other things. Humming softly she bit her lip and looked around. Her hair was pinned up today and she touched the bobby pins lightly. Her heel tapped on the floor and she leaned back. Today was so boring, and she hadn't heard from Cormac in a while. To much drama lately. She said to herself.
After Draco finding out her secret, and Lauren nearly killing her for having an interest in Cormac she had other things to worry about. Telling the twins, her transforming, lack of sleep and lately...she just didn't feel pretty. Especially not pretty enough for Cormac. Her darkly lined eyes looked about the room, her pink lips slightly parted as she wondered what to do. Standing she headed out and went to Honeydukes.
The only good place she knew to be, she bought some Strawberry bubblegum and popped a piece in her mouth. Chewing the sweet treat she looked around and wrinkled her nose at the over crowded shop. She squeezed her way through and walked out, breathing in deeply the autumn air. Closing her eyes briefly she looked around and headed up toward the Shreiking Shack. Snapping her gum boredly she leaned against the fence gazing at the "haunted" house.

MISSING PUZZLE PIECESand cloudy question marks , it still looks a bit surreal - - - - Although never having been here before, in about an hour Hogsmeade had already lost its luster for Sébastien. Is this all there was to do? Honeydukes certainly was a fun place to go, but it was so crowded he thought he could probably breathe better wearing a corset than in that squeezing crowd. The drinks at the Three Broomsticks were nice, but again, just sitting around was quite the bore. Zonko's probably held Sébastien's attention the longest of any place, but that too soon became his second choice between looking around and making sure his fingernails didn't have dirt in them. So two hours into the Hogsmeade trip Sébastien had wandered off, praying that there was something more interesting than what he'd already seen. All the little shops were nice of course, but eventually how many teas or Butterbeers can one person drink before becoming completely brain dead from how boring everything was?
Heading off a little path, Sébastien lit a cigarette, letting the nicotine course through his bloodstream, relaxing him a little. This was so stupid, he didn't even know why he'd agreed to go. He had a Transfiguration essay to write! Like you were really gonna write it, Sébastien thought to himself with a little smirk, flicking some of the excess ash off the end of the cigarette, before placing it inbetween his lips once more. Honestly, why didn't they have a club here or something? Didn't wizards here like to dance? Jeez, at least in Beauxbatons if you crossed the mountain pass there was a whole selection of muggle clubs to go to, and even a couple wizards-only clubs. He really had to stop comparing Hogwarts to Beauxbatons so much; he'd come here, and that was it. He couldn't go back to Beauxbatons, not after what happened..
Up ahead, Sébastien noticed a dilapidated old house, with a crooked and barely-there fence around the patchy grass. It was weird-looking, and certainly piqued his curiosity way more than candy-coated cockroaches did. Walking up to the fence, he leaned on it, trying to get a better look inside. Not that anyone could see anything, Sébastien was just dreaming there. The windows that were broken only showed gloomy darkness on the inside, and those that weren't broken were too dusty and far away to get a good glimpse of the mysteries this little hovel held. Looking over, Sébastien noticed a girl next to him, dark hair, light eyes, quite a pretty girl, actually. And she doesn't have a meathead idiot trying to grope her, he thought happily. Not that every girl he saw was a chance to make out (although he dearly hoped it would turn out like that most times), but at least he didn't have to deal with the stupid over-protective boyfriends that wanted to beat the shit out of Sébastien the moment he looked at them. In the French boy's book though any girl wearing a skirt shorter than three inches above her knee was certainly looking for exactly what Sébastien was giving. This girl wasn't doing that, but still. His mind worked in rambles.
"What is this,"he asked the girl, in actual curiosity. Of course France had very old monuments and places, but he'd never seen such an eyesore like this before. Well at least you don't have to go back now to finish that damned essay, Sébastien thought to himself with a smirk of his lips and a flick off his cigarette.

She loved looking at the shreiking shack, though it wasn't the prettiest building it was small, quiet, and interesting. Tilting her head up slightly hearing footsteps approach her she sniffed quickly to catch the scent. Cigarettes She said to herself silently. She didn't say anything when he leaned on the fence close to her, keeping to herself not wanting to irritate the possibly annoyed boy.
Twitching her head up and tilting her head to smile sweetly up at him she responded softly. "This is the Shrieking Shack. Known as the most haunted house in Britain because of the wailing and howling heard from it." She bit her lip and turned from him to rest her gaze back on the house. She knew the real reason. A previous werewolf like herself had used it, as she was using it now. "It may not be pretty to some but I love it."
Side glancing at the boy she smiled again. She wouldn't pry into who he was, preferring to wait until he felt comfortable enough to introduce himself. Looking down at herself she dusted her knee length dress lightly and fiddled with her bracelet.

MISSING PUZZLE PIECESand cloudy question marks , it still looks a bit surreal - - - - Listening to what the girl next to him said, Sébastien also took a good look at her. She had a pretty face, and what she was wearing was very pretty too. He was surprised actually, that she'd dressed up for a trip this boring place, but everyone was different, he supposed. "Haunted? Pah, I doubt that. Highly," Sébastien replied with a roll of his eyes and a drag of his cigarette. It wasn't that he didn't believe, that would be quite stupid considering there were ghosts floating in the castle he was now residing in for the next year. It was because of exactly what. If it was haunted then wouldn't anyone see the pearly white appearance of the ghosts?
The girl's next statement made Sébastien raise his eyebrows a little at her. She loved it? Well, Londoners had a different architect style than the French, obviously. He supposed if he thought about it though, Sébastien could see why she would love it. In it's run-down state, it looked like something that contained a mystery of sorts, and he guessed that would have a hold on some people. Not Sébastien though. He didn't want mysteries or questionable places or roofs that were almost completely gone. But he had come here, hadn't he? And he had stayed here longer than anywhere else in Hogsmeade, so perhaps he did want it. Shrugging the thoughts off mentally and physically, the young man looked at his company once again. He really was taken by how nice she had dressed up, and had to say something.
"You look very pretty," he said, the word 'pretty' lengthened a little because of his accent. He couldn't help it though, he'd only spent a couple months here in the UK, really. Besides, the girls loved it. For some reason an accent always got them going, but hey, who was Sébastien to complain? Taking the last drag off of his cigarette and then throwing it onto the dirt path that he would have preferred to be cobblestone, he looked down at the lone cigarette and back at the girl again. "Sorry, I was rude. Would you like one?" he asked, taking the half-empty carton of cigarettes out of his back pocket and offering it to her.

She gave him a mysterious smile. "Old buildings like these work in mysterious ways." She said softly. He heels clicked as she brought her feet together. Smiling gently once again she gazed at the building. "I wish I could get closer." She mumbled to herself. Technically she could as it was a great place for her during the full moon, but all the trouble with the whomping willow wasn't really worth it.
Glancing at him and flushing shyly she smoothed down her dress. "Oh, thank you. I don't really get that often." It was true, she didn't. But that was mainly because she was invisible to the general public. "So your from France." She stated the obvious, to fill the silence threatening to consume the area once more. "I've been there before, it's very pretty." While researching her father had taken her there just last summer, she had quite a blast and managed to learn a few helpful French words along the way.
"If you don't mind me prying into your life why would you want to come to boring old England?" She loved England dearly but stuck to her words, compared to France and other places England was quite boring. glancing at the cigarette carton she shook her head. "Oh no thank you I don't smoke." She smiled a bit shyly.

MISSING PUZZLE PIECESand cloudy question marks , it still looks a bit surreal - - - - "What makes you think it is haunted," he asked in return. Really he could have told her all the reasons he'd come up with in a couple minutes of why there was no way it could be haunted, but he'd rather just let her talk for him. Besides, maybe she could prove it really was haunted. He doubted that highly though; Sébastien was pretty sure that whatever it was, it definitely wasn't ghosts. I mean, they choose to stay on Earth, it's not like what muggles think. There's no possible way it's haunted. "Hah, I bet you wouldn't have the balls to," he told her with a smirk, although looking on into the house instead at her as he said this. It was an obvious challenge, something to entertain himself with. Hopefully she'd do exactly what he thought she'd do. She was a Gryffindor afterall, right?
Looking back at her again, he nodded. "Well, I don't see why not. You're much prettier than half the girls I've seen here," he complimented once more. Of course anyone could have flipped his compliment and seen it as an insult, that most girls in the UK were not as attractive as those in France, but he doubted this girl would even catch that, least of all take it wrong. She didn't seem like that. He knew someone that would though. That girl didn't let a word slip by, Sébastien smirked as he thought of Elisa. She was such a challenge to talk to, but this girl? She was so easy-going. It was nice, very relaxing. He didn't have to think before he said anything with her.
"Yes, I'm from France. I transferred from Beauxbatons this year," he answered, hoping she'd stay away from any difficult questions and be allured by the magical B word most girls were. She didn't seem like that type of girl, she did seem like the curious type. Hopefully she'd rattle off a bunch of questions about the place and leave anything personal, just that. "Oh, you've gone? What parts?" Most people thought that all of France was exactly the same everywhere they went. Those people would be wrong of course. Even the language changed. Well, the dialect, but same difference, really. Catalan was almost nothing like traditional French, yet people thought areas near the Pyrenees were the same as perhaps Paris! It was just ridiculous.
The moment he thought he was in the clear, Sébastien was instantly proved wrong. She just had to ask. He knew it wasn't her fault, she didn't know he had come here under bad reasons. She didn't know what he'd done. She probably didn't even know his name. But she'd still asked, and it still bothered Sébastien greatly. Perhaps he should have just told her why the damned hovel wasn't haunted after all. But it was too late; now he had to answer, and he didn't know what to say. So instead, he simply shrugged, hoping it would just answer her questions. He knew it wouldn't though. She was those annoying determined kind, Sébastien guessed. Sighing, he reached his hand to his back pocket to grab a cigarette and put it inbetween his lips before lighting it, and then took a drag. Of all the muggle habits that Sébastien could have picked up, it was cigarettes he liked, and cigarettes he smoked. "I just wanted a change," he answered slowly, hoping that would be enough for her.

Though Dumbledore keeps that rumor going it's used for another purpose buuuuut.....you can't know." she smiled teasingly. She rolled her eyes at him and looked at the shack. "I've been there before. It's run down and not quite safe but it holds pretty well. I think your the one that's scared." She teased lightly and smirked. "I'd love to see you scramble your scrawny butt over there." She challenged back.
Looking back over to the shack and flushing she giggled. "I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment." She looked at him and smiled sweetly. "But I will for now." She leaned on the fence and yawned. "I'm not surprised your here, it's a bit boring in Hogsmeade isn't it?" She snapped her gum again and took the flavorless piece out, wrapping it in another piece's wrapper. Popping the sugary sweet in her mouth she chewed quietly.
"Beauxbatons? That's cool." She said, not seeming to interested. She smiled sweetly at him and decided not to ask anymore questions. "I won't ask questions, it must be annoying arriving from a new place and having to answer the same question a million times because people don't know how to talk to each other." She said quietly. She eyes lit up when he asked where she went. "We spent a lot of time in Paris then we went to Toulouse and Marsielle then Corsica before we came back. It was so beautiful."
Her peaceful smile soon dropped as she looked at the now seemingly troubled boy. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to pry you don't have to answer, I understand." She felt slightly ashamed for putting him on the spot like that. "I should have known better than to ask. If you didn't mind people knowing you would have said something." She tilted her head and smiled warmly at him.
