[/font]The Story
Ninteen years after the Battle of Hogwarts, a new headmaster has taken over as a result of McGonagall's retirement. Since the fall of Voldemort, the Defense Against the Dark Arts job is no longed jinxed so that no one remains for more than one year. Neville Longbottom is the herbology professor and the new generation of students have begun life at Hogwarts. Love is in the air: love for a brother or a sister, a boyfriend or girlfriend or the forbidden one who you can never have. Life goes on, whatever the weather, bringing with it the possibility of the Triwizard Tournament returning to Hogwarts. Seventh years are thinking about their futures, choosing the careers they would like to follow, whilst first years are worried about the amount of homework they have just been set. The old house rivalries still exist between Gryffindor and Slytherin, but Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs find themselves being pulled in both directions.
The Stormclouds Gather[/font]
However, not everything is as cheerful as it seems. The new generation of Death Eaters has emerged, determined to continue the legacy that their parents left behind. This new group have been growing in strength and numbers for a few months now. The room of requirement, after being repaired, a process which took over five years, has served them well in aiding them to study and practice the Dark Arts in secret. With several disappearances from Hogsmede, people are becoming suspicious; but none of the disappearances can be traced back to the DE. Things are beginning to change though as it seems disappearances are not enough. Murder is on the rise, a few of the Hogwarts students falling victim to the bloodshed. Will there ever be an end to the regime of terror? Unforgiveables are the spells of choice, the Inner Circle members preference, branded with the dark mark like the first generation. It is the power. The power that they crave so much, which they have gained from their leader becoming head girl. Power over the whole school, or so it seems. Even the professors are joining them, too scared to stand against them, or also hungry for power and the taste of victory.
The Rebellion[/font]
To counteract this new threat to Hogwarts and the Wizarding world, the new Order has been formed. The next generation of the Order of the Phoenix have the same aims as their predecessors and have rallied together to prevent the DE from achieving total control. The old DA methods are being used to train the younger students whilst the fake galleons still remain a prominent part of the society. Things aren't going too well, outnumbered and outmatched by the DE, members are starting to leave, feeling that they don't want to be in the firing line any longer. The power of the five are keeping the group strong, but still no match for the might of the DE.
Present Day[/font]
As the years slowly roll by again, the high ranking officals of the New Order and DE move on to bigger and better things, leaving the younger students to teach others while learning their own styles. With a new bunch of sevenths years about to join the rest of the wizarding world, Lily Potter and Hugo Weasley who a few amoung the lucky sudents, a new batch of rough and tumble crowd is about to be unleashed on te world. After all the years past, what has become of the DE and NO outside of school? Will past relationships still be as strong, or grow stronger? What will become of all the students left back at Hogwarts to contuinue keeping everything going? The most important question is, if you have to pick a side, which will you choose?[/center][/blockquote][/blockquote]
