Lauren headed down to the lake, and smiled a bit. This lake had so many good memories around it. She knew this was where a lot of people could be at peace, and she was able to be a crazy person and at peace here. It was always a good experience down here, and that would probably be on exception today as she met a person that was a fifth year that she somehow had not managed to meet. Then again, the school was rather large, and there were people of different years all over the place all the time. So, if she really though about it, it really was not that much of a surprise. The sixth year sat down near the water's edge, and went at a little rock that was near by, and tried to contrate so she would be able to skip it the right way this time.
The girl started the first skip, and it when only two times. That wouldn't do now would it? She cointued her attempts, and she got a little bit farther each time. But, it stopped at about six or seven. The girl shook her head. "These rocks don't like me that much do they?" Lauren's voiced sounded more amused than anything else. When she was bored she did just about anything for the heck of it. Sometimes that included plotting a prank, but not knowing who was going to be the target. It was rather odd indeed, but what could she do, her mind always moved all the time. "I wonder when my hot date is going to get here." The girl said jokingly to herself, remembering that she said that asking her about where they should meet was kind of like asking the person out on a date. There was a chuckle let out of her lips, and then she conintued to skip the rocks.
She knew that once the girl saw her, the person would probably think 'oh, she's that person that follows the two Weasley twins around'. That was sort of her trademark, since she seemed to go all over the place with them. It could not be helped, the ones that prank together, stay together. Lauren mused a bit about if this would be her reaction, or if it would be something totally different.

Elisa was glad that the school day was finally over and she wouldn't have to sit in the classrooms any longer. She loved to learn and all, but not where she was cooped up inside all day. She loved being out and about, seeing the world and all. It was part of what she wanted to do when she got older, travel the world and such. Elisa had already changed from her school robes into something a little more casual. This time being a pair of short- shorts, a white tank top, and red knee high converse. Elisa was certainly bold about the way she dressed, but it wasn't like anyone noticed that. It was her face and hair people noticed. The veela effect, she called it.
Her eyes lit up when she opened the large doors to go outside, the sunshine breaking through. The grounds of Hogwarts were so beautiful, though she did often miss how elegant Beauxbatons had been. It certainly was alot to miss in retrospect. Sighing, she walked out onto the grounds, getting a few looks from guys, but other then that she was just a normal student. Exactly how she liked it. Hogwarts was a fresh start for Elisa, always had been. No one here knew of her father and his downfall and people tried their hardest not to treat her any differently, which was refreshing. Her wand was held between her two index fingers as she walked across the lawn, torwards the lake. She had never met the girl she was meeting except in the letters, but she hoped things would go well. You can never have too many people to talk to.
Finally, she reached where the girl was standing coming up behind her. She, too, grabbed a rock and tossed it out, trying her best to skip it. But all it did was hit the water with a 'plunk' and sank. "What, did you forget the lillies?" Elisa said, tilting her head to the side and grinning. She did recognize her, but wasn't quite sure where from. Probably just in the halls, she supposed. "I'm Elisa, it's nice to finally meet you in person."

Lauren turned around and saw the girl there and grinned. "What'd you except? People always forget things on the first date." The girl said jokingly, and laughed a little bit. It seemed that this person also had a good sense of humor, and she liked that a lot. It was nice to have some different people that had a humor that she could talk to. "I'm Lauren. You might have seen me in the hall before with two fiery red heads named Fred and George." This was spoke, as if it was normal for Fred and George to be mentioned when she first met somebody. Elisa was a very nice looking girl, she had to admit that, and she had no problem rating other girl's looks. To girls, it was not that big of a deal to rate other girls, in fact it was fairly normal. She skipped one last rock before putting her full attention on the person that had now joined her at the lake.
"So how has the school year been for you so far?" It was a rather typical and relaxed question. She had no issue with this person, and in fact they seemed to be rather nice. "Mine has been rather boring to be honest. Not that much going on yet. It is kind of sad really." It was true, that most of this year had no real enjoyment. She didn't really know what she was going to do with herself until something that was interesting happened. "I might do that party just because I am bored." After that she laughed at how dumb that sounded, having a party for the heck of it. Well, then again, she had never done a party for anything, so it might as well be for whatever she wanted it to be about. Plus, it'd be more fun if it was just on the spring anyways.
The sixth year thought on it for a little bit, and then decided that she would probably have a party sometime after the ball for everybody. No, she actually didn't really care if some people that wanted to wreck the party came, because that would make things more interesting anyways. "I'm thinking about making it just a 'everybody come on in' type of party." Lauren knew that sounded sort of lame, but that was really what it was going to be. Gosh, had her good ideas finally ran out on her. Nah, probably not, she probably was just wanting to do something different, and mix things up in her life just a little bit.

Elisa smiled, but quickly turned into a smirk to fit the whole charade they were putting on. "Please, I deserve only the best and I mean, whose to say you won't forget something on the second date?" She said, grinning. As odd as it seems, acting like this was actually something Elisa did alot with friends or potential ones, for that matter. She liked joking around and being with new people. Lauren was pretty good looking, but in a more modern way then most of the students here. She liked that about her, she was much fresher and outgoing looking then what she'd become accostomed to. Elisa was also jealous of her black hair, she was jealous of pretty much anyone with natural ebony hair since it was such a rare color.
"Oh! I knew I recognized you from somewhere, but I couldn't exactly pin point it, you know? " She said smiling earnestly. "It's like when you have lyrics stuck in your head, but you can't remember what song they came from. God, I hate when that happens." Elisa wretched silently, but smiling all the same when she heard Lauren speaking again. One of those conversation builder lines, one that is always commonly used. Though, she liked the question. It was more personal then Lauren probably thought. Elisa agreed that the year had been boring so far, but boring was what Elisa's life needed at the moment. Boring was safe and calm, and the opposite of the life she was running from. "My year has been pretty actually, boring yes, but great. I like Hogwarts a lot better then I did Beauxbatons," She said with a nod, reassuring her answer.
"Ofcourse, everyone throws major ragers when they get bored, though, I must say, I bet Beauxbatons parties a little harder then you guys," She said, smirking slightly. Beauxbatons parties often got a little out of hand, owing to the fact that some students decided to bring some muggle drugs as well as alcohol into the school. Elisa didn't actually do either of that, she guessed that it was part of her blood that made it so she couldn't hold down even a drop of muggle alcohol. She had learned that Firewhiskey did the trick just as well, if not better. She grinned and added, "Definitely. Even the Slytherins, because it's not a party if there isn't any drama, you know."

Lauren grinned, a big huge grin. This person seemed to have a good sense of humor, and she liked that a lot about her. "What would you do if I did?" The girl said, sounding completely serious, but then a smile invaded her face. The sixth year liked the looks of the other girl, not that she would date her or anything. It was just that she was a bit fresher looking in her mind and a bit different. "Yes. The terror of the stuck songs. You have that a lot though after you go through my father's shop in Hogsmeade." After that she laughed a little bit, and knew that she was adversiting her father's shop, but she didn't really care. Her dad would probably just be happy to see more people that knew her around there, and she thought she knew here from somewhere as well... but it was on the tip of her tongue.
"Aren't you friends with my brother Xavier?" She asked out of complete curiousity. Lauren could have sworn she had seen this girl before, but where she could not remember in the slightest. "I don't know much about there except what I saw from last year." The girl spoke honestly, because she didn't really know much about the other wizarding schools other than what she had learned last year when they had all came here for the tournament. "It was a pretty cool experience though, don't get me wrong." She didn't want to seem on the wrong side at all, she had been very interested in how the other school worked, but no one had given her that much information about it. Some of them in fact were very snoody about it, and told her nothing of their school at all.
For a moment, she thought about the Slytherin comment, but then nodded. She knew that not all the Slytherins were bad, even though a lot of them were rather cruel. "Drama is always good. I just hope it doesn't become the center of the party." Lauren said honestly, because she didn't want to deal with drama at her party like it was the next thing in style since jeans and t-shirts. "My brother will probably freak out though and be like 'you shouldn't have a party on Hogwarts grounds it's against school rules'." After that she let out a laugh, having made her voice just a little bit deeper for that moment that she was talking about what her brother would say if he heard about it. "Ah well... I'll probably do it anyways..." It was true that she took what Xavier said into consideration, but more often than not she went through with the stuff that she was planning anyways.
