There was a sixth year sitting down on the couch, there was a ton of books on the right side of her and a bunch of parchment on the right. It seemed that this person was studying. That was indeed what Lauren was trying to do. She was trying to get some of that work that she needed to do done, but it wasn't going over well. The girl was trying really, really hard to get this done... ...ok maybe not that hard. But, all the same she was trying to, and failing. She managed to get two of the assignments that she truly needed to out of the way and did the other one that she had to rather quickly. Her big truck was in front of her, and she made the shelves inside it open and she grinned. She put the assignments in one and made that one shut.
Those were ones she knew were her best friends. It was the stuff that she used to help her plan pranks with Fred and George. She tossed all the books in haphazardly and then placed the quills and ink in their proper place. After that Lauren got out her wand, and opened up a different piece of parchment. She scribbled on it with a grin, trying to figure out a few outlines in her head. Yes, she did work hard on this stuff, and no she didn't as to get paid unlike Fred and George. She did this all for the fun of it, and she wanted to keep doing it that way. It was always great to hear the laughter and see the look on the person's face when they had gotten a prank pulled on them. It was true, especially since they never harmed anybody in the whole process of doing the prank, except themselves, maybe.
But, it was worth all that work and pain to have all those people happy and laughing. All three of them knew that, and that was why they worked together often. Even if they said they needed to be paid, they were paid little or weren't paid at all. Her father was very picky about that, and she knew that she wouldn't just buy Fred and George's serves all the time. Maybe dad would pay them back somehow, she didn't know. Her dad was an odd fellow, just like all the other members of the Willis family. She shook her head, and started to look at the fire, and wondered if either of the twins would see her distracted self, basically calling homework a pointless waste of time, by the expression of glee in being able to prank once again for another year.
They probably already knew that she would do that though. She did that every year, and being a sixth year didn't change too terribly much about her except that she was a year older, and was a lot prettier. Like they would bother with that though, because they would be too deep into their pranks to care.
