balthazar here is a seventh year hufflepuff, seventeen and head boy. he has pretty much raised his baby sister Victoria since he was about fifteen years old. thus causing him to be a bit more mature than the other students around him. he has come to be a bit withdrawn into himself, though not as much as he had been when both of his parents passed away. [best to read his bio to know more about that]. though, his baby sister is far worse than he ever was and the child is only eleven years old.
soo..balthazar needs friends, enemies, lovers and all of that. i was thinking that maybe he could have that one very good best friend that he has known since birth and knows everything that had happened between him and his family. whether this be a guy or girl. doesn't matter to me. plus, this person would be the one to bring out the humorous side of this boy, seeing as he acts more serious than anything most of the time anymore.
